Refund Policy

At SeaFiji, we strive to provide exceptional water taxi services to the Mamanuca and Yasawa Island groups. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every journey. In the event that you require a refund, please review our Refund Policy outlined below:

Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation of a booked water taxi service by SeaFiji.
• Instances where SeaFiji is unable to fulfill the water taxi service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or +679 675 0611 within 7 days of the scheduled water taxi service.
• Provide your booking details, including the reservation number and reason for the refund request.

Cancellation by Passenger:

• For cancellations initiated by the passenger, the following refund policy applies:
• Full refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• If a booking was made with the customer’s credit, debit card, or via internet banking transfer, a standard cancellation fee of FJD120 will be charged.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.

No-Show Policy:

• No refunds will be provided for passengers who do not show up for their scheduled water taxi service without prior cancellation.

Service Disruptions:

• In the rare event of service disruptions or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions), SeaFiji will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be offered.

Changes to Reservations:

• Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may be accommodated without additional charges if made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

By engaging in our water taxi services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. SeaFiji reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with prior notice to passengers.
